Staff are included in the rates quoted. We can supply on prior request, and at an additional charge, roll-a-way beds, cribs, other children’s requirements, limousine service, massages, Chef, water sports, day tours, catamaran cruises, swimming with the turtles etc.
Booking Procedure A 30% deposit is required to be paid on the full amount by wire transfer within 7 days on the confirmation of the booking. The balance is to be paid via wire transfer 45 days prior to the Guests’ arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of the guest’s arrival require payment in full by wire transfer within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by supplier or client 90 days or more prior to arrival: 90% refund of all monies received by us. 31-89 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit not refundable. 30 days prior to arrival: No refund of any monies received. Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges Cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended. In the event that circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you alternative accommodation. In the event that such alternative accommodation is not acceptable, then by us making a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking we shall be deemed free of all obligations.
Food Requirements Food packages can be arranged which enable our Cook to provide a meal on arrival. These food packs generally contain the necessities for dinner and breakfast, but can be tailored to suit guests needs for several days if required. Should you wish we would be happy to provide you with a food list for your consideration.
Car Hire Can be arranged through us and current prices range from approximately US$325 per week for a mini moke to US$525 for an air-conditioned 8-seater van (this price is inclusive of insurance coverage). Driving permits must be secured locally at a cost of US$5. These permits are issued by the vehicle rental company on presentation of a valid license by drivers over 21 years of age. Vehicles will be delivered to Landfall shortly after your arrival, or at the airport on request. Please note these are approximate rates and are therefore subject to change.
Transfers Upon request, arrangements will be made for you to be met at the Airport by a taxi which will take you to Landfall and take you back to the Airport at the end of your holiday. The cost of this service is approximately US$80 - $200 per taxi round trip depending on the number of people & luggage in the party. We can also arrange for ‘VIP Arrival Service’ to all arriving passengers for a cost of US$17.63 per person. Children under 11 years of age are free. Professional staff will meet guests as soon as they disembark the aircraft and escort them through immigration where their documents will be processed. They will then wait for them to collect their luggage, clear customs and escort them to their transfer. Payment for services such as food, drink, baby rentals, VIP arrival service etc., will be billed on island before departure and can be settled by Cash, Visa or MasterCard only. We do not accept Cheques or American Express.
Departure Times A mid-day departure time applies. Where circumstances permit, allowances are usually made for late departures. Landfall sleeps 12 people but we will allow a maximum of 15 if the 3 extra are children. If there are 15 people, an additional staff member will be brought on to assist our staff at a rate of US$50.00 per day. This additional cost is the responsibility of the Guest and will be billed on island. This is NOT negotiable
